last weekend... He just finished editing it and I think it turned out really really great :)
Was lots of fun shooting it and I'm really looking forward to more projects ;)

New Camera - Canon 6D - So Stunning - First Impressions

Got myself a Canon 6D this week... was looking forward to upgrading
to fullframe for so long and finally took the step with the 6D.

First lenses I got were the 17-40 mm f4.0 L lens and the 50 mm f1.4
Both peform really well with the 6D and the lowlight performance of
the camera itself is just mind-blowing... ISO 2500 has some noise but you
can easily get rid of it in camera raw with all the details still there... it's insane :D

 Last weekend a friend and I found this huge obscure construction area
and clearly had to break in and get some shots in there... so unreal

A late evening's walk in the park

I took a walk in my local park last evening to find it's quite special feeling in the dark.

Herwig König Wollkommen Clip

I filmed for a welcome clip of Herwig König for Wollbrett last month
which was quite a special shoot coz it was him refurbishing an old diy quarter
and then shredding it at night with some "firing" tricks.


He just finished editing it and I think it turned out just great :)

Magical Start Of Winter

Yesterday the winter really came breaking in... and today it already showed
one of the most magical moments ever... Some Icicles hanging on fine branches
in the dark only enlighted by street light

Fireworks woohoo

Suddenly fireworks went off outside my window just now :))

Superfast Cars

Checked out a bridge over a freeway yesterday night...
Think it's an amazing location for timelapse and stuff...
also made one... but i think you can get much more out of it
when shooting at sunset or sunrise to add a little more depth...

Star Trails With Clouds

Got out yesterday night to shoot a star trail photo...
Again couldn't find the polar star... but it turned out quite good though
coz it was a full moon night so the sky was pretty bright and I could also
get some clouds on it as well... and that really adds to it I guess :)






















I'll also use this as a timelapse for my upcoming timelapse video... and I think as
a timelapse it might even be a little more spectacular coz of the movements of the clouds... :)
So be prepared for the video... hope it's finished soon ;)

Town From Above + Light Painting

Got out tonight to catch the town I live in from above...
The company Osram has a special light emitter there
which sends some amazing light into the sky...

also I made a photo of myself where my friend Stev
painted some light around me... turned out quite nice...
